How early should IronPeak get involved?
Ideally during site selection or early design. That gives us the greatest ability to test feasibility, establish a realistic budget, and prevent avoidable redesign. We can still step in later when the documents are complete.
What project types do you take on?
Our core work includes industrial, commercial, office, multi-family, and mixed-use construction across Saskatchewan, including new buildings, expansions, and complex renovations.
